Price returns Mar. 8 in Berlin

Heavyweight David Price‘s German rebuild continues on Mar. 8 as the twice-stopped fighter returns on Mar. 8 in Berlin, Germany, promoter Team Sauerland announced Friday via a press release. The bout takes place on the undercard of the cruiserweight title tilt between Yoan Pablo Hernandez and Pawel Kolodziej.

‘’I am looking forward to getting back into the ring and picking up where I left off in Stuttgart,’’ said Price. ‘’Obviously, I wouldn’t complain if the outcome is the same but I am hoping for a bit more resistance this time. I’d like to get a bit more ring time so I can show everyone what I have been working on and what I am capable of.’’

The British heavyweight will start a four-week training camp this weekend when renowned US coach Tommy Brooks travels over to Liverpool. ‘’Things are going great with Tommy,’’ said Price. ‘’We have been focusing a lot on my jab and developing that into my main tool. Other than that, it’s back to basics, making sure we do the simple things well.’’
