Tomorrow night in Boston, Mass., a Golden Boy Promotions card will take place at the House of Blues, televised by Fox Sports 1.
Headlining the card is Philadelphia junior middleweight contender Julian Williams against fringe contender Freddy Hernandez in a ten round bout. Williams (14-0-1, 8 knockouts) weighed 153 pounds while Hernandez (30-6, 20 KOs) weighed 153 as well.
Also on the card is the pro debut of two-time Irish Olympian John Joe Nevin, who won a silver medal in the 2012 Games in London. Nevin faces Puerto Rico’s Alberto Candelaria. Nevin weighed 131, while Candelaria weighed 129.5
